Personal data collected and purpose
The professional-enquiry form may collect your name, telephone number, email address, client type, requested service, preferred contact method, preferred callback time and the description you choose to provide. These details are used only to assess and respond to your professional enquiry, contact you through your selected method, decide whether the firm can consider the requested work, and maintain the related enquiry record. Submitting the form is voluntary and does not create a professional engagement.
Consent and choices
Before submitting the form, you are asked to give clear consent to this stated use of your details. The firm records the date and version of the privacy notice accepted with an enquiry. You may withdraw consent, ask us to stop using your data for the enquiry, or change your communication preference by writing to the Privacy and Grievance Contact. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out and may prevent the firm from continuing to respond to the enquiry.
Form security and data minimisation
The enquiry form does not request identity numbers, passwords, one-time codes, banking information or document uploads. A one-way technical representation of the submitting network address may be used for rate limiting and abuse prevention without retaining the address itself in the enquiry record.
Service providers, analytics and disclosures
The firm uses Cloudflare for website hosting, database and security services, Resend to send a minimal new-enquiry alert to the firm, and Google Analytics only where you choose “Accept analytics”. The detailed message submitted through the form is not included in the Resend alert. Analytics is used to understand aggregate website use. These providers may process data outside India where necessary to provide their services, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards. The firm does not sell personal data or use enquiry details for marketing. Information may be disclosed where required by law or a competent authority.
Retention and security
Website enquiry records are retained for no longer than 12 months from submission and are then deleted through routine system cleanup. If an enquiry becomes a professional engagement, the relevant information will instead be handled under the firm's engagement and record-retention requirements. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, including access-controlled enquiry records and data minimisation; however, no internet transmission or storage system can be represented as completely risk-free.
Your rights and grievance process
You may request a summary of the personal data processed about you, correction or updating of inaccurate data, deletion where retention is no longer required, or withdrawal of consent. Send your request to the Privacy and Grievance Contact with enough information for us to identify the enquiry safely. We will first seek to resolve your concern directly. You may also use any grievance or complaint route available under applicable data-protection law.
Children
This website and its enquiry form are not intended for a person under 18 years of age without the involvement of a parent or lawful guardian. Please do not submit a child's personal data through the form unless the required consent has been obtained.
Personal data breach
If a personal data breach affecting your information occurs, the firm will take reasonable containment and remedial steps and provide notifications required by applicable law.
